I was talking with a training client today and we got into an interesting conversation about her favorite exercise. It was kind of fun learning about her preferences, likes and dislikes. So I wanted to open this up a bit and ask you… what’s your favorite exercise and why?
Here at Fitgirls we just LOVE core strength exercises. It improves balance, back pain and creates a mean six pack (who cares if it hidden by a little padding?!).
Try a Fitball Crunch for tightening that core. Take a fitball, lie with it in the small of your back, and slowly raise your shoulder blades off the ball. Keep your eyes and chin pointing towards the celing to prevent crunching your neck. Slowly lower to the start position. Repeat 12-15 times.
