We all know it’s best to have a healthy snack after working out. Studies have shown that eating a small meal of protein and healthy carbs helps increase the benefits of your workout and speeds up the fat loss process.
Mine is a delicious protein shake smoothie. Take a small banana, a scoop of vanilla-flavoured protein powder (we like Ladybird Figuretone 100% Whey), a few ice cubes and a cup of water, and blend! It’s a sweet, frothy, filling post-workout drink that feeds the muscles and replaces fluids. Give it a try!
