
Banana Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 small banana, cut into chunks
- 1 x 30g scoop Ladybird Figuretone Vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbspn low fat natural yoghurt
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup ice
Directions
Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and frothy. Enjoy as a post-workout snack or a delicious summer breakfast!
Serves 1.
