Banana Protein Smoothie



Ingredients

  • 1 small banana, cut into chunks
  • 1 x 30g scoop Ladybird Figuretone Vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbspn low fat natural yoghurt
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup ice

Directions
Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and frothy. Enjoy as a post-workout snack or a delicious summer breakfast!
